  • Your purchase history is stored on our cloud server based on your device ID to help restore purchases or history when needed.

No Login Feature

  • The App does not require or offer a login system.
  • Your data is linked to your device ID only.

When you use AI Notes, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Language settings
  • Referring/exit pages
  • Device identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV)
  • IP address
  • Mobile network information

1.3 Background Audio Recording & Playback
AI Notes may use a background service to record and play audio while the App is running in the background. This feature is used only to support functionalities such as audio notes, voice-to-text, or audio playback.
We may collect and process the following when background audio mode is active:

Important Notes

  • AI Notes does NOT record audio automatically.
  • Recording happens only when you manually start it inside the App.
  • No audio is captured without your action or permission.
  • Audio files are processed and stored only for your usage within the App, and may be saved on our secure cloud server linked to your device ID (if enabled).
  • You can delete all audio data anytime using the "Delete My Data" option in the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and provide the core functionalities of the App
  • To store and sync your notes/history on our cloud server using your device ID
  • To restore your purchase history
  • To improve app performance, analytics, and user experience

4.1 Cloud Storage

  • User content, notes, and history are stored securely on our cloud server based on your device ID.

4.2 Retention Period

  • Data remains stored as long as the App is installed on your device or until you request deletion.

4.3 App Deletion

  • When you delete the App, analytics and crash data collected by Firebase may be automatically removed based on Firebase standard data retention policies.

5. Data Deletion

User-Initiated Deletion
You can request deletion from the App Settings → Delete My Data option.
Upon receiving a deletion request:

  • All your app data, notes, chats, and history will be permanently deleted from our cloud servers.
  • Purchase details are managed by Apple, so they will continue to exist in your App Store purchase record.
We do not maintain copies after deleting your data.

6. Children’s Privacy

AI Notes is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure data transmission (HTTPS)
  • Encrypted cloud storage
  • Access control and monitoring
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
