Terms of Use for AI Notes
Welcome to AI Notes. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Notes mobile application (“App”) provided by Team Poster App LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use AI Notes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App is intended for personal use to create, save, and manage notes, chats, and other user-generated content.
No Login Requirement
AI Notes does not require an account or login. Your data is stored using your device ID.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. User Content
You are responsible for all content you input, upload, record, or generate using the App (“User Content”).
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You own the User Content or have permission to use it.
- Your content does not violate any law, copyright, trademark, or personal rights.
- You will not upload harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
3. Data Storage & Sync
- Your notes, history, chat data, and other content may be stored on our secure cloud server.
- Data is linked to your device ID since the App does not use a login system.
- Deleting the App may remove locally stored data, but cloud data remains until you request deletion.
4. In-App Purchases
AI Notes may offer paid features or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed and handled by Apple App Store, and we do not store your payment details.
Restore Purchases
Your purchase history is saved using your device ID so you can restore them anytime.
5. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data using the Delete My Data option in the App settings.
When you request deletion:
- All your notes, chats, documents, and user-generated content will be deleted from our cloud servers.
- Purchase history remains with Apple and cannot be deleted by us.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third parties such as:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Cloud hosting providers

7. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or copy any part of the App
- Use the App to distribute harmful software
- Attempt to access servers or systems without authorization
- Misuse the App for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights to the App—including design, code, UI, and features—belong to Poster App LLP
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
You may not reproduce or resell any part of the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Notes is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted service
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- Compatibility with all devices
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for loss of data, financial loss, or any damages resulting from use of the App.
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services such as Firebase or Apple.
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- We do not guarantee backup or restoration of user content beyond what is supported by device ID-based storage.
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify the App at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately when posted within the App or our website (if any).
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse or attempt to harm the App
- Required by law or regulation
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
